Shipping policy
UK Delivery
We currently offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom. You can choose between Standard and Express delivery at checkout.
Standard Delivery – 3–5 business days
- Orders under £20: £3.50
- Orders £20 and over: £4.99
Express Delivery – 1–3 business days
- Orders under £20: £5.99
- Orders £20 and over: £7.99
The available delivery options and final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times shown above are estimated business days and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, periods of high demand or circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@shifahoney.co.uk. We will do our best to update your details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check any tracking information provided and whether the parcel has been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If you still cannot locate your order, contact us at hello@shifahoney.co.uk with your order number and we will look into it for you.
Damaged Orders
We take care to package our products securely. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shifahoney.co.uk.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging so that we can investigate the issue.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Multiple Parcels
Larger orders may occasionally be sent in more than one parcel. Where this happens, the parcels may arrive separately.
International Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom only, unless another destination is specifically available at checkout.
