Refunds

At this moment in time, we operate with a no return or refund policy on all of our products - only if your order has been dispatched.

If your order has not been dispatched as of yet and you would like to cancel please send us an email at info@shifahoney.co.uk with your order number and we will try our best to process your refund.

What happens if my order is damaged?

Sometimes things can be out of our control and we understand that mistake can happen. Rest assured we will send another package straight away or issue you a refund. Just make sure to take a picture of all products you've received within 24 hours of accepting your delivery and email them to info@shifahoney.co.uk alongside your order number.
